JOB RESPONSIBILITY
•Work closely with stakeholders including media agency for planning campaigns for Samsung – HPP / CE & EBT/corporate business 
•Drive digital media campaigns with result oriented media strategies in line with the brand’s overall digital strategy 
•Ensure campaigns conform to GMO guidelines 
•Increase the digital presence of CE and EBT business
•Manage smooth operations and audit compliant  process adherence  for execution of all paid media digital plans 
•Critically keep SIEL ahead of the digital media practice of the industry- so should enable new practices like DMP/ app search/ new media opportunities / ecom re marketing/ fusion of apps
•Should be “shark” like in keeping wth best practices
•Anticipate upcoming requirements to be ahead/ not react to situations

KEY RESULT AREAS

1.Driving innovations at individual plan levels
2.Ensuring plan KPI s are met 
3.Managing digital paid campaign dashboard for SIEL
4.Pushing new technology to SIEL especially in the mobile first space
5.Vigil on always on activities- search/content

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1.15 + years in digital media planning/buying
2.Must be well versed with the digital space and the technological aspect 
3.Should have in-depth knowledge of SEM 
4.Must be well versed with tracking tools & dashboards (AdWords, FB, Twitter, Omniture, GA) 
5.Have experience in managing large scale digital agency as a head of office/ digital organisation
6.Last 8+ years  of experience in managing large scale digital business- preferably from a global digital agency with access to global best practice/ large digital centric organisations like telco/e comm
7.Collaborative working style and ability to manage both internal and external partnerships. 
8.Any digital start up experience will be an added benefit
9.Post Graduate/MBA
