Benu Malhotra is the founding President of Jumbo Consultants and over the years she has played an instrumental role in forming and implementing crucial organizational strategies and the values, vision and mission of the company. Under her guidance and leadership, Jumbo has achieved outstanding long-term success and has been able to establish itself as a leader in the recruitment industry.

She implements strategies to improve business processes and ensures service excellence and streamlined deliveries. She leads business process improvement initiatives for Jumbo Consultants while assisting in recruiting senior executives in the C-suite, CEOs, CFOs, vice presidents, directors and senior level candidates for world leading organisations.

With more than two decades of experience, she facilitates leadership hiring for large India-based organisations, Startups and MNCs throughout industry verticals such as Supply Chain and Logistics, IT/ITeS Industry, Pharma, HealthCare & Allied Sectors, Agriculture & Allied Sectors, Automobile & Allied Industry, Telecom&Smartphones;, Retail, Oil&Gas; , Ecommerce and FMCG.

Benu is a postgraduate from Panjab University and has earned an additional MBA degree from the same university.

Jumbo Consultants proudly partners with Parvaah, an NGO that was started by young high school students. With a vision to create understanding among people about environmental and social discrimination, Parvaah was established on 7th February 2014.

Today`s fast-paced lifestyle and swift urbanization are factors that are leading people to forget the relevance of the environment. However, for the sake of our future generations, it is very crucial that we preserve natural resources. With this aim Parvaah works at the grass-roots level and make people aware about waste management, recycling and the importance of food waste prevention.
